Returns
If your purchase arrives damaged, you must keep all packaging/shipping materials and call or email us within 3 days of
receiving merchandise. The courier will come to your location to inspect merchandise and packaging. All items are
thoroughly checked before they are shipped to you. We will make every effort to replace defective or damaged
product if inventory allows. If inventory is not available, we will issue a refund or credit promptly. All returned items
must include original packaging and invoice. All returns must have an assigned Ultradrives RMA (return
merchandise authorization) number marked on the outside of package for Ultradrives shipping/receiving department to
accept the merchandise. Refunds or credits exclude product shipping or return shipping costs. Items that are refused
during or after shipment (ie: customer refuses delivery or returns item) are subject to a 25 percent re-stocking fee plus
freight fees.
